Here is our story:
Stemming from the desire to achieve optimal health for ourselves, we tried various diets to lose weight, lose fat, and return to a healthy BMI (body mass index).
After many unsuccessful years, Jacki, having heard from friends in Atlanta, Georgia about their success in weight loss, suggested that we try their program. So, in September 2010, we began our journey to optimal health!
To our surprise, and with the help of our Atlanta health coach, the Medifast 5&1 plan® and the Habits of Health Lifestyle System®, we each lost over 40 lbs. and have had no trouble keeping the weight off. We have lost our cravings for junk food, have more energy, have lowered both our cholesterol and blood pressure, and have eliminated medications.
We were so excited with our success that we felt compelled to share our story with our friends, our family, and our patients. It is our goal to guide, teach, and motivate as many people of all walks of life and ages to reach their optimal health.
